AREAS AFFECTED: Bacon; Appling; Wayne; Pierce; Brantley; Inland Glynn; Coastal Glynn; Echols; Clinch; Inland Camden; Coastal Camden; Northern Ware; Northeastern Charlton; Southern Ware; Western Charlton
DESCRIPTION: * WHAT...For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 25 expected. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 32 will result in frost formation. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Georgia. * WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, until 9 AM EST Tuesday. For the Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 8 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Appropriate action should be taken to ensure tender vegetation and outdoor pets have adequate protection from the cold temperatures. Young children, the elderly and the homeless are especially vulnerable to the cold. Take measures to protect them. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
INSTRUCTION: Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
smaller than raindrops.
Drizzle is characterized by fine, gently falling droplets and typically does not
impact human habitation in a negative way. The exception to this is freezing drizzle,
a condition where drizzle freezes immediately upon reaching earth's surface.
Freezing drizzle is still less dangerous than freezing rain, but can
potentially result in hazardous road conditions.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.
